What is Concierge physical therapy?

Concierge physical therapy is a more personalized approach to rehabilitation and wellness, designed to deliver premium care directly to the patient. Concierge physical therapy prioritizes convenience, privacy, and tailored treatment plans. Patients receive dedicated one-on-one sessions in a setting of their choice—whether at home, office, or private clinic—ensuring maximum comfort and focus.

Do you accept insurance?

Currently, we are not in network with any insurance company. That means we do not file with insurance. Our sessions are strictly cash-based with our rates often being comparable to typical insurance co-pays. Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt in the event that you would like to see if your insurance company will reimburse you for services.

We are looking into insurance credentialing and hope to accept a few insurances soon!

How long are sessions?

This varies depending on the service you are requesting. For example, dry needling can be a short as 15 mins or up to 45 mins. A physical therapy evaluation is around an hour. A typical physical therapy treatment session is around an hour as well, but can be longer or shorter depending on tolerance and response. Bottom line—it’s different for everyone.

How long does it take to get scheduled?

Usually, once we receive your call or message, we can get you on the schedule within the week! Sometimes as early as the next day!
